Refund policy

Special Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE Newton's Decorating Center is not responsible for improperly installed materials.

Orders must be paid WITHIN 30 DAYS of order placement, regardless of whether material has been picked up.

ALL SALES FINAL, except in-stock items in "as-new" condition and in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Returns are subject to Newton's Decorating Center satisfactory inspection and a restocking charge of 25% of purchase price plus freight charges.
